Dear client,

I founded Outplacementberatung to support people in change situations (e.g. job changes after downsizing projects, comebacks after maternity/sick leave/sabbatical) as well as companies with difficult change projects (e.g. downsizing). I look back on a total of 25 years of consultancy, coaching and training experience, the majority of which was spent with people who were in the middle of major job changes. In this 25 years I helped over 1000 people with their career transition and I have to say the job still fulfills me every day. Every consultation is very special. I found my dream job and therefore I want to support other persons on this way.

In addition, I was also able to gather management experience as the managing director of a tourism company, and company foundation experience as the co-founder of three different businesses. I take great pleasure in my work, and always find it special when my work bears fruits and people enter a new and suitable career direction with success. I am trained as solution focused coach and do also constellation work with my clients. My extensive experience enables me to deploy a combination of different approaches. In my opinion, the way in which tools are used is much more important than the tools themselves. I look after my clients with an open, motivating and light-hearted dialogue. Within companies I am appreciated as a competent and professional sparring partner. In this years a very big network in different industries has developed (e.g. FMCG-Branche, Banking and Finance Sector, Real Estate, Media) and I offer my contacts always to my clients. I think this is also important for a good New/Outplacement counselling.
