Our New/Outplacement process:

 

New/Outplacement Bratungsphasen

In the first phase, the so called Aktivierung you discuss with our professional New/Outplacement Counsellors your current situation and determine your status quo.

Subsequent to this in this phase you will work intensively on your competencies and strength, starting with our Personal Profiling plus feedback talk with our Assessment Centre Expert. This will tell you what makes you unique as a future applicant, i.e. your personal USP. The knowledge gained from this is important when deciding whether to be an entrepreneur or an employee in the future and which direction your professional path could take. A good USP will help you whether you are looking to set up on your application documents or do a job interview.

The next phase is called Erkenntnis. You will develop a new vision of future, and together with your New/Outplacement Counsellor you will start to design specific objectives. Only now can you decide whether to aim for independent or employed work in the future.

Depending on your decision, the advisory routes will then differ and we will move together either into the Fit for Job or Ready for Business Program. If you decide to go for the Fit for Job New/Outplacement Program, in this phase you will define a specific application strategy, and also finetune your new application documents.

If you decide to go for the Ready for Business Program, we will support you in formulating your business idea and give you inputs when formulating your own business plan. An additional topic during this phase is requirements around company formation.

In the Netzwerk phase you activate your personal contact network and start your publicity campaign. Our New/Outplacement Counsellors support you in parallel by looking for suitable job offers in the network of Outplacementberatung. During the interview sparring we will prepare you for your job interviews using video analysis. This means there is nothing standing between you and your objective of signing a new contract of employment.

In the Ready for Business program, during this New/Outplacement phase work continues on a business plan. The objective is a business and financial plan which is suitable for instiutions (banks, insurences). An expert talk with an entrepreneur can be arranged, giving you the opportunity to exchange experience around a successful company start. Furthermore we provide support when searching for investors in the network of Outplacementberatung. Depending on the requirements and options, we can also organise and help you prepare for an investors pitch.

All New/Outplacement programs last three, six or twelve months and are available with limited or unlimited hours.
